It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or use any land, premises or property within the City for a disposal, processing or other solid or hazardous waste facility without first making application for and securing a license so to do. The issuance of such license shall be subject to payment of any fees established by the City and governed by the following provisions:
(A) The application for a license to operate a private dump or sanitary landfill shall be filed with the Clerk on forms provided by the City and shall contain all information specified on that form and such other information as may be required by the City or as required by law.
(B) Facilities or sites that require land use reviews and approvals prior to licensure will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the Zoning and land use provisions of the City Code. (Ord. 1536, 1-19-2021)
