§ 4-304 BUILDING OFFICIAL; AUTHORITY.
   The Mayor or his or her authorized designee shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this article and appointment of an Electrical Inspector in accordance with this Chapter IV, which shall apply in a like manner to this article.
