All charges or fees, as provided by this chapter, not paid within thirty (30) days of the date when due shall be delinquent and the City Clerk shall, at the time of certifying the City taxes of the City, certify such delinquencies together with all penalties to the tax collector of the appropriate County, and the same will be collectible as other taxes pursuant to Idaho Code section 50-1008.
