7-1-6: DUTY OF POLICE AT FIRES OR OTHER EMERGENCIES:

It shall be the duty of the regular policemen of the city and those persons designated at a fire or other emergency as police officers by the chief of the fire department to see that the provisions of this chapter are complied with. (Ord. 1189, 12-21-2004)
