7-1-5: FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT:

The equipment of the fire department of the city shall consist of the apparatus now owned by the city and that which may hereafter be purchased by the city and all other things that are now used and have been used in connection with the fire department. (Ord. 456, 9-4-1951)
