The following conditions shall govern all intersections found within the city limits.
(A) Streets shall intersect as nearly as possible at right angles, and no intersection shall be at an angle of less than 70 degrees.
(B) Street curb intersections shall be rounded by a radius of at least 20 feet. When the smallest angle of the street intersection is less than 20 degrees, the Council may require a curb radius of greater length.
(C) No lot or other parcel of land which abuts on and has access to either a collector or a minor street shall have a service drive, curb cut, or other means of access to an arterial street within 75 feet of the right-of-way of any street which intersects such arterial street on the side on which such lot or parcel is located.
(D) Street jogs with center line offsets of less than 125 feet are declared illegal.
