(A) The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be 15,000 square feet. The minimum lot width for permitted uses shall be 100 feet. The minimum lot area and width for uses permitted by special exception shall be as determined by the City Zoning Commission.
(B) Permitted uses shall have a minimum front yard of 20 feet, minimum side yard of ten feet, and a minimum rear yard of 20 feet.
(C) The maximum lot coverage for all buildings and structures shall not exceed 70% of the local lot area.
