SCHEDULE IV. CONTINUOUS PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any vehicle continuously parked upon the streets of what has been defined as the business district of the city for more than 96 hours.

   (B)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
