SCHEDULE III. CENTER PARKING.
   (A)   Center parking upon any of the city streets shall be unlawful, except on Main Street, on which parking parallel to the curb shall be permitted.

   (B)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
