SCHEDULE II. PARKING TRUCKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or cause to be parked, any truck on Main Street between intersections Fifth and Main and Tenth and Main, except while loading or unloading.

   (B)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
