(A) Motor vehicles may be parked for any length of time upon the Court House Square and residence streets not in conflict with other provisions of this title; except that parking on the north side of Eighth Avenue opposite the Court House, except on Sundays and holidays, shall be made by parking vehicles parallel to the curb.

(B) Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
