(A) The following street and alley is closed to traffic during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on school days set by the school calendar, during such times as the barricades are placed across the street and alley:
(1) All of that part of the street lying between Block 59 and Block 64; and
(2) The alley abutting Block 64 of the original city.

(B) Any person or persons, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this schedule, or failing to comply with any of the provisions thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
