(A) All vehicles entering upon Main Street shall come to a full stop.

(B) Every driver of a motor vehicle approaching the intersection of a street shall grant the right-of- way at such intersection to any vehicle approaching such intersection from his or her right-hand side; however, Main Street is designated as a through street. Vehicles traveling on Main Street have the right- of-way.

(C) Any person or persons, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this schedule, or failing to comply with any of the provisions thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
