§ 71.25 CONGREGATING NEAR FIRE.
   (A)   No person, vehicle, or person operating or driving the same shall congregate or stand in or near any public street or streets or alleys of the city within 100 feet of any fire.
   (B)   No person, vehicle, or person operating or driving the same shall drive over any fire hose stretched out on the ground.
