§ 71.24 DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate, or attempt to drive or operate, any motor vehicle upon any of the public streets, alleys, or public grounds of the city while such person is in an intoxicated or drunken condition or under the influence of intoxicating liquors.
