§ 71.22 EXHIBITION DRIVING.
   Any person who drives a vehicle within the city limits in such a manner that creates or causes unnecessary engine noise; creates or causes unnecessary tire squeals, skids, or slides upon acceleration or stopping; simulates a temporary race; causes a vehicle to unnecessarily turn abruptly or sway; or causes a vehicle to unnecessarily block or hinder the free travel of other vehicles shall be guilty of exhibition driving.
