(A) The applicant for a sewer permit shall notify the Superintendent of Public Utilities when the building sewer is ready for inspection. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Superintendent.

(B) All sewers hereinafter constructed shall comply with the standards set forth in the National Plumbing Code, which has heretofore been adopted by the state’s Department of Health, a copy of which said National Plumbing Code shall be on file in the office of the City Finance Office.
