§ 53.019 TRENCHES AND BACKFILL.
   (A)   All excavations required for the installation of a building sewer shall be open trench work unless other construction is authorized by the Superintendent. Pipe laying and backfill shall be performed in accordance with ASTM specifications CI2-19.
   (B)   All trenches or backfill are to be tamped and leveled, and wherever blacktop surfacing is disturbed, said blacktop is to be restored. No backfill shall be placed until the work has been inspected and approved.
