(A) The size and slope of the building sewer shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Public Utilities, and in no event shall the diameter be less than four inches, and the slope less than one- eighth inch per running foot.
(B) The wye connection (Y-connection) and the building drain shall be uncovered and the differential elevation determined before construction is begun. Where practical, the building sewer shall be laid on a uniform grade.
