§ 53.002 JURISDICTION AND AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the jurisdiction and powers of any duly authorized health officer.

   (B)   The Superintendent of Public Utilities, or other duly authorized employees of the municipality bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purpose of inspecting, observing, measuring, sampling, and testing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
