§ 52.61 MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE PIPES.
   (A)   Maintenance of service water pipes from curb stop to the main shall be a cooperative effort under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Utilities, or other persons especially authorized by the City Council, for which the city is responsible for repair and materials for repair, which includes the curb stop.
   (B)   The consumer will be responsible for digging and dirt replacement, compaction and asphalt or cement surfacing from the curb stop to the main. All expenses in connection to maintenance of the service pipes from the curb stop to the place of water use shall be the consumer’s expense.
