§ 52.60 HOUSE BOILERS.
   All house boilers shall be constructed with a vacuum valve at the top inlet pipe, and shall be sufficiently strong to bear the pressure of the atmosphere when under a vacuum. The top cocks and other appurtenances must be sufficiently strong to bear the pressure of rain or water in the mains.
