§ 52.58 PLAT OF WATER MAINS.
   The Water Department shall, at all times, keep and maintain a plat, on which shall be shown a complete diagram of all the mains of the city, all taps and service pipes, the size of mains, and such other information as shall be deemed advisable by said Water Department.
