§ 32.27 FINANCE OFFICER; DUTIES.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be the duty of the Finance Officer of the Fire Department to receive and safely keep all the moneys of the Fire Department.
      (2)   He or she shall, at each annual meeting, present to the Fire Department an itemized statement of all receipts and expenditures to be approved by the Fire Department, and such approvals shall be noted in appropriate language upon said reports.

   (B)   There shall be paid to the Finance Officer of the Fire Department annually, upon receipt of same, the premium tax received from the state’s Finance Officer on insurance premiums written by non-resident companies and by companies organized in the state, as provided by state law, the said premium tax to be used for maintenance and repairs of the hose, apparatus, and the like, and for such other expenses as may be determined by the Fire Department.
