§ 50.15 CONSUMER BILLS.
   (A)   All consumers’ bills for electric current, water, labor, and material shall be due on the last day of the month following the month where such electricity, water, labor, or materials was furnished, and the same shall become delinquent after the last day of the month in which the same becomes due.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Superintendent of Public Utilities to shut off the water and disconnect the service wires of any and all consumers of electric current or water from the city’s distribution systems on the second Wednesday of the month that the same becomes delinquent pursuant to policies adopted by City Council. No consideration shall be given to any consumers relative to the extending of time of payment of such bills, except the same be granted by the City Council for cause at any regular or special meeting.
