(A) It shall be the duty of the Secretary Treasurer to keep an accurate record and minutes of all transactions of the Fire Department.
(B) He or she shall keep in a book, known as the Book of Membership, a list of all the members of the Fire Department, showing their names, date of birth, and date they became members.
(C) He or she shall attend all regular and special meetings of the Fire Department and shall be its Clerical Officer, paying all bills approved at regular Fire Department monthly meetings.
