§ 32.04 DUTY OF PUBLIC TO NOTIFY OTHERS OF DISEASE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every physician, hotel keeper, keeper of any boarding or rooming house, restaurant, or public resort within the city to report to the Superintendent of the city’s Board of Health each and every case of contagious or infectious diseases coming to his, her, or their knowledge or attention.

   (B)   It shall be the duty of the head of any family in the city, whenever it shall come to his or her notice, that when any member of his or her family, or any person lodging within his or her dwelling, is afflicted with any contagious or infectious disease, to immediately procure and post an appropriate sign or notice of such fact.
