§ 130.03 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to disturb the peace and order of the city, or any part thereof, by making any loud or unusual noise or disturbance around or near any dwelling or other buildings to the annoyance of the occupants. It shall be unlawful for any person to threaten any person for the purpose of intimidation, to inspire fear, or, in any manner, disturb the peace of any person, family, or neighborhood.
   (B)   No person shall use any profane, vulgar, or obscene language, which tends to invite the person to whom it is directed to violence, upon any street or other public place.
