§ 113.35 GENERAL SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The facilities used by the grantee shall have a minimum capacity of 12 channels. The facilities shall also be capable of distributing color television signals, and when the signals the grantee distributes are received in color, they shall be distributed in color where technically feasible.
