At all regular meetings of the City Council after the same shall have been called to order, the business of the meeting shall be considered in the following order:
(A) Calling the roll of members;
(B) Correction and approval of the minutes of the last regular meeting and of any intervening special meeting or meetings;
(C) Presentation of claims and communications;
(D) Introduction and first reading of ordinances;
(E) Introductions of resolutions;
(F) Reports of standing and special committees;
(G) Second reading and final passage of ordinances;
(H) Reports of city officers;
(I) Unfinished business; and
(J) Miscellaneous business.
