Any person or persons violating any of the foregoing provisions of this subchapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine or imprisonment, as hereinafter provided, and each and every day such person or persons shall neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions aforesaid after being served with written notice, as hereinbefore provided, shall be deemed a separate violation for which, upon conviction, he or she shall be subject to a like penalty.
