(A) The maximum height of grass allowed will be eight inches; if grass height exceeds the allowed height, the city will then send one notice of mowing to the property owner and/or renter of the property to have the property mowed and trimmed within ten days of the date of the letter.
(B) If the property is not mowed by the date stated in notice, the city will mow the property at the rate of $250 per hour, with the minimum charge of one hour.
(C) The city will not send additional notices if this section continues to be violated, and the property will be mowed and the charges will be assessed.
