The sidewalk abutting properties used for business purposes on Main Street shall be 12 feet wide, and along properties used for business purposes on any streets, shall be eight feet wide; provided, however, that when sidewalks are constructed along the west side of the lots in Blocks 58, 65, and four of the Waterman’s additions to the city, that the same shall be ten feet in width.
