§ 92.03 SNOW REMOVAL.
   It shall be the duty of the occupants of any property to remove all snow from any public sidewalk abutting the property in question, within a 24-hour period. In the event the property is unoccupied, this duty is transferred to the owner, who shall be responsible for removing snow within said time period.
