Section 3. JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT.
   The Board of Commissioners shall appoint a Judge who shall be known as the "Judge of the Municipal Court." The Board of Commissioners may appoint one or more alternate judges to serve in the absence of the Municipal Judge. The Judge of the Municipal Court and any alternate judges shall satisfy all requirements imposed by state law for municipal court judges. Any judge so appointed may be removed by the Board of Commissioners in their discretion.
