Section 4. OTHER REPORTS.
   The Board of Commissioners may, from time to time, direct the City Manager to prepare periodic financial reports pertaining to any aspect of the City's fiscal operations including, without limitation, monthly receipt and disbursement reports, capital project budgets or reports on outstanding indebtedness.
