Section 6. ELECTION TO BE CALLED.
   If the commissioner whose removal is sought does not resign within five days after such recall petition shall have been duly certified to the Board of Commissioners, as provided in the next preceding section of this Article, then it shall become the duty of said Board of Commissioners to order an election and fix a date for holding such recall election, and the date of which election shall not be less than fifteen nor more than thirty days from the time such petition was presented to the Board of Commissioners.
