§ 155.77 GENERAL LOCATION.

Each application shall be judged on its appropriateness to its site and to its compatibility with existing development or other proposed development. It is felt that through proper planning it is possible to design townhouse development to fit most areas of the city. This is not to say that such a plan is economically feasible.
