§ 155.09 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES.

The city shall withhold all public improvements and services of whatsoever nature, including the maintenance of streets, sewage facilities, and water service from all subdivisions which have not been approved in the manner prescribed herein, and from all areas dedicated to the public which have not been approved by the Board of Commissioners.
