A person may sell, dispense or otherwise handle for the purpose of sale or engage in the business of selling, dispensing, or otherwise handling for sale alcoholic beverages at the Community Center in accordance Chapter 97 of this Code of Ordinances for consumption only inside of the Community Center building where such activity is in connection with a permitted use of the Community Center.
