§ 115.04 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; WHEN REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate a business of the type described in § 115.02 without a conditional use permit authorizing such operation. The City Clerk shall provide the necessary forms and shall establish the procedures for the application for, and issuance of such permits. Such permits shall be issued by the City Clerk, for which a fee of $50 shall be charged.
