It shall be unlawful for any officer, director, stockholder, owner, or manager thereof licensed pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter to violate any of the provisions of the gambling laws of the state, or knowingly permit the violation thereof on any premises subject to the control of that dance or public dance hall.
