The governing body of the City of Burkburnett shall have full power to pass all ordinances or resolutions necessary or proper to give full force and effect to the provisions contained in the next preceding section of this Article, and all ordinances or resolutions necessary or proper to give full force and effect to all the provisions contained in Chapter ll of Title 22 of the Revised Civil Statutes of this State, and it shall be the duty of said governing body to pass and adopt all such ordinances or resolutions as soon as practicable after this Charter takes effect.
