(A) Any commercial business not located on a residential garbage collection route must be assigned a commercial dumpster.
(B) Any business located on a residential garbage collection route that opts not to have a dumpster may be charged more than a residential charge on the same route based on volume of the business, as to be determined by the contractor and approved by City Manager.
