§ 36.34 REVIEW AND DISCIPLINE.

Complaints, charges and discipline concerning Council members or city personnel shall be discussed in Executive Session unless the person charged or the person against whom a complaint has been lodged shall request a public hearing. The Commissioners shall also receive any reports and/or recommendations as shall be submitted by the City Manager.
