Regular meetings of the City Commissioners shall be on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.; provided that if any such Monday is a city holiday, the Commissioners by motion may reschedule the regular meeting to a date either prior to or after the holiday. The Commissioners by motion may cancel or reschedule a regular meeting of the Commissioners at any time.
