§ 50.02 UNLAWFUL DEPOSIT OF OBJECTIONABLE WASTE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place, deposit or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner, on the public or private property within the town, any human or animal excrement, garbage or other objectionable wastes.
