(A) All residences, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, business, recreational or other purposes, situated within the corporate limits and abutting on any street, alley or right-of-way shall be connected to the services of the town’s utilities unless an exception is granted in writing by the Town Council.
(B) Residences, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, business, recreation or other purposes, outside the corporate limits of the town may be connected to the services of the town’s utilities if a water main or sanitary sewer line is within 150 feet of said structures.
