§ 34.51 ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Town Council for the overall administration of this subchapter. It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer and all department heads for maintaining the capitol assets inventory in a current status.
   (B)   Department heads shall be responsible for conducting year-end inventories and completing capitol asset notification forms on any changes of status (see § 34.57).
