§ 32.37 PURCHASING.
   (A)   The Main Street Committee may elect to make purchases of $100 or less without the authorization of the Town Council.
   (B)   The Main Street Committee must obtain the approval of the Town Council to spend more than $100 on any one item. The Main Street Committee shall attend the next Town Council public meeting to make the request for authority to make said purchase.
   (C)   All purchases shall be made through the Town Clerk-Treasurer and/or the Town Administrative Assistant Clerk. The Town Main Street Committee shall provide documentation in support of the requested purchase. The Town Clerk-Treasurer and/or the Town Administrative Assistant Clerk shall then either directly make the purchase or provide the funds to the Town Main Street Committee to make the purchase.
   (D)   Documentation of all purchases made for or by the Town Main Street Committee shall be retained and made available to the Town Council upon request.
